Welcome! My services are for women seeking counsel from a biblical worldview.
I am convinced, based on the authority and sufficiency of the Word of God, that "His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence." 2 Peter 1:3
Clients receive Christ-centred, biblically-focussed directive conversation as we explore God's solutions to the problems, issues, and challenges that brought them to the counselling room. Clients also receive resources, discipleship, support, encouragement, coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
Statement of Faith
My belief system is rooted in historical Christianity, and is theologically and doctrinally Reformed; one that emphasizes the Sovereignty of God, and His Authority through His Sufficient, Inerrant, and Infallible Word.
"The grass withers, the flower fades,
but the word of our God will stand forever." Is. 40:8
In sum, I believe in the Gospel of the God of the Bible; in the saving power of God's Grace alone, through Faith alone (a gift He gives us not of ourselves), because of the finished work of Christ alone (His sinless life and substitutionary death on a cross, His burial, resurrection, and ascension to the right hand of the Father), based on the Authority of Scripture alone, all to the Glory of God alone.
"For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen." Romans 11:36
And because of the preeminence of Christ in a true believer's life, I believe He must take centre stage in the counselling room.
